• 12 Hours of Professional Coordination: From the start of your day to the last dance, our team (Lead Planner and Assistant) will oversee every aspect of your celebration, ensuring everything unfolds as planned. 
• Personalized Timeline Creation: We’ll craft a detailed timeline that captures the flow of your wedding day, coordinating with all vendors to guarantee every detail aligns perfectly with your vision.
• Vendor Management: We handle all communication with your vendors in the lead-up and on the day, confirming arrival times, setup needs, and any last-minute changes to ensure flawless execution.
• Ceremony and Reception Management: From cueing your processional to ensuring your reception transitions smoothly, our team will coordinate every critical moment so you can focus on enjoying the day with your loved ones.
• Guest Experience Oversight: Our attentive team will ensure your guests are guided and looked after, from ceremony seating to the reception, enhancing their overall experience.
